Day 2 of the #kundaliniyogachallenge is the kriya that does everything!
The sat kriya.
If you have time for nothing else, practice Sat Kriya daily to keep your body a clean and vital temple for your soul!
It works so well on your magnetic field (your HEART and the magnetic field in interconnected) that you will become irresistible even to yourself!
How to:
Posture: Sit in Rock Pose on the heels with a straight spine. Stretch the arms up overhead and hold palms together. Interlace the fingers with the index fingers pointing straight up. Men cross the right thumb over the left and women cross the left thumb over the right. Keep the arms up throughout the entire meditation. YES it’s challenging… it’s magnificent.
Eyes: Keep the eyes closed and rolled up to focus inward to the Third Eye Point, at the center of the eyebrows.
Mantra: SAT NAM
Vibrate aloud “SAT” as you pull the navel point in and up and vibrate “NAM” as you relax the navel. Use your tongue to vibrate the upper palette.
Continue for 3-11 minutes.
To End: INHALE apply Root Lock (mulbandh) drawing the energy up to the Crown Chakra. Then EXHALE hold the breath out and apply all the locks (mahabandh). INHALE and deeply relax immediately afterwards for 11-22 minutes.

-Helps the brain and body to recover from toxicity
-Stimulates and channelizes the kundalini energy
-Releases stuck emotions and strengthens the solar plexus
