Love, Pray, Yoga <3 Asia here I come!

Ok, I can't believe it today I'm going to Thailand!
The biggest adventure of my life so fare is about to start! I've ben so scared and so excited at the same time. Have you ever dreamt of something for so long and then when it finally happens you don't know how to react? That's where I am right now. 

 Of course I've got the biggest butterflies in my stomach and I can't stop smiling, but at the same time I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming! 

So what am I gonna do in Thailand? 
Well, its not enough for me anymore to just here about it, read about it, know about it, I wanna experience it, I wanna feel it deep down within the core of my being. 
I'm going to look deep within myself to find my true self. This trip is like a calling, a way of fulfilling my life's purpose. I can't just sit here and tell people to follow there dream, when not actually doing it myself. 
Some say it's impossible, some say be carefull, some say enjoy and some say nothing at all. But I will not let any other voice but my own get to me. I will listen to my souls whispering, my calling, my purpose and then everything will adjust.  

I know It's  not just going to be a holiday in the sun, its not going to be easy all the way. There are still some challenges on the way I have to face, but the difference is that you can recognise them for what they are, opportunities to grow! Face them, go through them and release them and move on. 

And important part of this trip is also my devotion to yoga! Im going to deepening my yoga practices and I want you to be a part of that journey as well. Im will give you the most wonderful blogs and videos, sharing kundalini yoga from my heart. My mission is to be as happy, vibrant and radiant as possible so you, at home, will be uplifted and attuned to the same high vibe as I. I wanna let you get a dose of adventure and happiness because I know have it feels when you have to go through tough times and struggle to find strength when its rough, so if I can spread a little smile on your face just for some minutes, during the dark winter, this journey will be all worth it. 

I hope you will follow me on my journey - and lets see what happens. I trust and Im open. Let the journey begin. 

When you're reading this I will be on the plane going from Kastrup to Oslo and then directly to Bangkok! wehuuu.
